This included analyzing how users navigate content, manage their progress, and engage with learning materials. We also performed a competitive audit to identify gaps in the current market, particularly the disconnect between theoretical learning and real-world application. These insights highlighted critical issues such as fragmented resources, low engagement, and the absence of structured learning journeys.
